How it works

We’ll find your best caregiver.

All our caregivers go through our rigorous screening process — so you know you’re getting the best of the best. Just give us a few details, like the type of caregiver you need, when and how long you’ll need them, and the pay rate range you have in mind — and we’ll find you the top caregivers!

You’ll have the chance to meet and interview your caregiver before committing. Once you’ve found a caregiver you love, you’ll pay us directly.

This service requires a minimum of 3 months commitment from both parties. (If you’re looking for emergency care, on-call care, travel care, or fill-in care — check out our placement services here!)

Our Screening Process

We know how important it is to have trustworthy and qualified caregivers. That’s why we’ve created a rigorous screening process to ensure that all our caregivers are the best of the best.

First, we meet with every caregiver to get to know them and make sure they’re aligned with our values of providing compassionate, attentive care while treating everyone they care for like family.

We also conduct national background checks, check their references, qualifications, certifications, and education — and even do a social media check.
