- Background Check: We conduct comprehensive background checks to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of our caregivers. We also conduct background checks on the families you work with, to ensure your safety.
- Fluency in English: Effective communication is essential in caregiving. Proficiency in English is required to provide clear and accurate assistance to families.
- Valid Driver's License: Some roles may require transportation of clients, making a valid driver's license a necessity.
- Passion for Care: Your passion for caregiving and helping others is at the heart of what we do.
