Founded on the belief that everyone deserves a compassionate, trustworthy caregiver — we offer a range of services to fit your needs.

Our team of loving, qualified caregivers includes doulas, newborn care specialists, part-time or full-time nannies, housekeepers, private chefs, elderly caregivers, sleep coaches, special needs caregivers, organization services, private drivers, travel care, fill-in providers, on-call sitters, and much more.

Hi — I’m Tré Moment! Founder of Mommy’s Day Off, Newborn Care Specialist, Teacher, Lifelong Learner, and Childcare Advocate.

I’ve always been passionate about taking care of families and their little ones, which is why I’ve dedicated my life’s work to providing the highest quality care possible — which has allowed me to help hundreds of families worldwide!

With over 10 years of professional care experience, and 10,000+ hours learning and practicing my craft to become a master-level practitioner in the Birth and Newborn Care Specialist Industry — some say I just can’t get enough of Newborn Care. (And they’re right!)

Through my extensive experience in the Domestic Care, Newborn Care, and Birth Industries, I eventually created my own newborn care course —  “Deeper Than the Basics”.  Now, this course helps infant care providers and families expand their childcare knowledge and skills to provide even better care.

As a diversity advocate and black woman, I recognize the importance of amplifying the Black experience within the world of domestic care, birth care, newborn care, and the private care industry.

That’s why I’ve made it my priority to advocate for POC in these industries and to create a more equitable and inclusive space for everyone. With my course “Diversity Impacts,” I help spread awareness and work towards repairing the disparity that exists in the treatment, care, and support of historically underrepresented POC and their experiences.
At my core, I’m passionate about providing respectful and loving care to everyone I meet. Whether you’re a new parent, a busy family, or a childcare professional, you’ll get the knowledge, expertise, and commitment from a top-tier caregiver.

Miss Tre and her team of Nanny’s are amazing. They are very responsive, able to do last minute bookings (which is a plus for random upsets to a moms schedule) and my daughter has loved everyone we have booked through this service. The app they use for checking your child in and out is a great bonus so you can see what’s going on with your children during baby sitting hours and the ability to set your own rate is highly appreciated.

Thank you for being a mommas best friend Mommy’s Day Off. And special shout out to Danielle who had become part of our family for awhile. She is a top notch sitter and always made sure my daughter had fun activities to do during the baby sitting times!!
