Placement Services
Are you looking to hire someone amazing to provide care for your family and/or in your home? At MDO we provide placement services for any household staffing position. This includes butlers, nannies, private drivers, bodyguards, housekeepers, household managers, personal and family assistants, plus so much more. We set ourselves apart from most placement agencies because we charge a flat rate which means it is not based on the placement salary, we limit your options so you aren’t bombarded with an assortment of providers, place globally, and we provide contract negotiations.
Birth & Newborn Care
Here at MDO we proudly offer a wide range of birth, postpartum and newborn care support. We insure our providers directly, and everyone on our team has over 5 years of experience. If you would prefer to hire MDO for the services you need instead of having us provide placements we can.

Event Staff & Care
Are you hosting an event? Would you like assistance in staffing the event or providing caregivers to attend to children during the event? Sometime events have age requirements so you could use group childcare during the event as well… Whatever your event looks like, we can help make your day seamless and stress-free.
On-Call Care
We understand that sometimes you need care for a short period of time, or a one off situation. Whether you are looking for emergency care to happen in the next 5 days or less, or you’re going on a trip and need some assistance while away we can help!
A Bit About Our Screening Process
We know how important it is to only be introduced to trustworthy and qualified people. We take this very, VERY serious!
We personally have virtual interviews with every person on our staff and care team. Anyone that is officially on our care team has gone through an extensive National background check, experience has been verified, references have been checked, and so much more.
We also have the ability to provide private care in your home directly. With Private Care by MDO we will only assign someone that is a great fit for your family and circumstance. All of our services are completely insured and we provide them globally!
With Mommy’s Day Off, you can feel at ease knowing that the caregivers we provide are not only qualified — but also caring and compassionate individuals who will treat your loved ones like family.
Here’s what ALL our caregivers bring to the table…
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with phenomenal references
- Clean driving record and 5-point background check
- Legal to work in the US
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Proficient in English
- Valid US Driver’s License
